What can you say about this?

Given the recent direction in Colorado, this isn't too surprising. The red flag laws raise some serious due process concerns and those barrel restrictions seem pretty pointless when you think about it. What’s the actual wording of the proposed changes?

I have seen stats where as much as 30% of CO RF cases are turned back for lack of credibility. Expanding the scope of legal filers will just up both numbers. A schoolteacher/counselor sporting nose rings, and a "vote blue like my hair" attitude, who is angry at a parent for their child's conservative viewpoints, as an example.

A little devils advocacy...if red flag laws do prevent mass shootings, the issue may start to fade from people's minds thus reducing support for things like AWBs. In that case the political left in pushing RF laws, may be undercutting itself on a core issue....
