Do you adjust your dry-fire or live-fire routines in the winter to deal with things like reduced dexterity, bulky clothing, or fatigue from the cold? What changes have you found to be the most effective?

Absolutely! Practice with the gloves I’ll wear, draw from under jackets and focus on reloading when hands are stiff. And don’t forget to shoot in the cold to really understand how it impacts your performance.

Practicing in the winter made me switch things up a bit. I do some practice runs with gloves and a jacket on, just to get used to the feel. The big thing I changed was slowing down when I reload, making sure my grip is good instead of trying to be super quick.
