Backpacking and fishing.

I am a bushcrafter and love hunting and fishing.

I am planning a two day trip down the badger creek. Starting from highway 2 down to the Arkansas River. Just wondering if someone else would like to trek this trail.

That i know of, I can't find anywhere on the internet where this trail has been accomplished. I have found where some have been in about 2 or 3 miles.

I have been in 2 miles, but would like to document the whole stream. Length is approx 15 miles. I am guessing about 2 days. Lots of trout in this stream.

Hoping to do it in August. I may do it in about 10 days from now.

Thought about putting feelers out.

I realize this is a bit of a late reply, but I’d really love the opportunity to fish for trout while camping by the creek. For me, these kinds of trips are more than just covering miles. I think capturing the entire stream would be an amazing contribution, especially since you haven’t found anyone else who’s done it from start to finish.

Please do share some pictures if you have done it already!
